Love to see it! Mike Burroughs did something similar

Is that another Honda swap? I just saw a 911 with a Honda swap. This is madness! Soon everything will be nothing but chevy LS and Honda swaps with the occasional surprise Toyota UZ V8

I don’t know what the point of this is.
“I want to drive a ferrari but I can’t afford the fuel”?
“My engine blew and I can’t afford a replacement”?
“I took the JDM hype way too seriously”?

I would say these swaps should really be for cars that need heavy maintenance from neglect or lack of parts. To just LS swap or K24 swap a nice older Ferrari or Porsche is a waste of potential survivor that be learned from and enjoyed by future generations. I’m all for engine swaps when it makes sense, but not when it’s for the hype.

The old F129 V8 in the F355 weighs over 660 lbs while the much newer K24 weighs under 280. That’s almost a 400 lbs difference.
And with a motor as torquey as a K-Series, with as much horsepower potential as a lot of V8s, the trade-off is not a negative thing.

Check out Stanceworks on YouTube.
Ideally, it would be a Fiero motor.
